Refund & Return Policy

At KMJD Estates, we are dedicated to delivering professional and reliable consultation services to help our clients make informed real estate decisions. Please review our refund policy below before scheduling a consultation.

1. No Refunds After Services Are Rendered

Once a consultation session has been completed—whether in-person, by phone, or virtually—it is non-refundable. Our time, expertise, and resources are invested during each session, and we stand behind the value of our services.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may result in an assessment.

• Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice (“no-shows”) may result in an assessment fees.

3. Refunds for Prepaid Packages

If you have purchased a package of multiple sessions:

• Unused sessions may be refunded, minus any applicable administrative fees or discounts received at the time of purchase.

• Used sessions will be deducted at the standard single-session rate from the refund amount.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations may arise. In the case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, KMJD Estates may issue a refund or credit at our sole discretion. Documentation may be required.

5. Right to Refuse Refunds

KMJD Estates reserves the right to decline a refund request if:

• The request violates the terms stated above.

• There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of our services.
